The Staying Alive mobile application is governed by its own privacy policy, available in the application and on the relevant app store.   DATA CONTROLLER Personal data collected on this website is processed by FDBS – Staying Alive, whose registered office is at 57, rue du Docteur Blanche, 75016 Paris, France.   PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING Personal data collected through the forms on this website is processed in order to:

  • contact people who have left their contact details;
  • follow up with organisations and individuals interested in our programmes and services.

By submitting a form and ticking the consent box, the user expressly agrees to their personal data being processed for the purpose of managing that relationship. The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation. Personal data collected through Matomo Analytics is processed in order to:

  • analyse visitor behaviour on the website, measure audience and improve performance.

Matomo Analytics uses cookies to distinguish users. Cookies are text files stored on the user’s device. They contain no nominative information, only randomly generated identifiers. Consent to non-essential cookies is collected through the consent banner and can be withdrawn at any time using the same banner.   DATA RETENTION Data collected through the forms is retained for one year from the date the form is submitted. No transmission or storage of personal data is ever completely secure.
