The FDBS advises users of the site that many elements of it:

Personal data are collected on the site by the Good Samaritan Development Fund, a endowment fund headquartered at 44 Escudier Street 92100 Boulogne Billancourt.
Purpose of the collection of personal data
The collection of personal data through the various forms present on the site is intended to:
- Contact people who have left their contact information
- Keep track of people who are interested in our services
By submitting the form and checking the Consent check box, the Internet user expressly agrees that the personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing the customer relationship.
The collection of personal data through the Google Analytics audience tracking tool used on the site is intended to:

The hosting servers of the site are exclusively located in Ireland, within the European Union. The FDBS undertakes not to carry out any transfer of personal data to a non-member State of the European Community.

The site is hosted on secure servers from Amazon Web Services Inc.
The security level of the Amazon Web Services INC hosting provider is certified by ISO standards:
- ISO 27001
- ISO 27017 (Cloud security)
- ISO 27018 (privacy). ISO 27018 is an international standard of practice for the protection of identifiable personal information (PII) in public cloud services.
However, no transmission or storage of personal data is ever completely secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the infallible security of the information transmitted or stored on the hosting servers.

The FDBS has set up a data Protection officer (DPO). It is in particular responsible for ensuring the conformity of the Company’s activities with the new European legal framework of the RGPD and for cooperating with the supervisory authority.
